I used 10x14 plans however made an adjustment to make the shed 10x12 as a 10x14 was not allowed
per our restrictions.
I made a few modifications to meet our local code restrictions as follows:
1 - I used solar barrier roofing plywood to keep the temperatures inside the shed as low as
possible during our hot Texas summers.
2- I used plywood on the walls and covered the walls with a T-11 Masonite siding per code to cover
our restrictions for our community.
3 - I used 2x6 pressure treated floor joists instead of the 4x4's to allow more ground clearance
to prevent mold and moisture build up since my shed is in a shaded area.
Overall, your plans helped me build a wonerful shed that get's compliments from all of my
neighbors.
