Many people think that because a shed like this has a door on the side that it makes it a salt box shed.
This is actually a gable style building with double doors on the side. There are two doors 3' each. The door height is 6' 10". Included also are plans for single door and windows

Height of salt box walls.
You can change them to anything you want, but these salt box shed plans are drawn so the front walls are 7' 10".
Plan #MDL 302 and Plan #MDL 305 have a roof pitch of 8/12. For every foot the roof will rise 8". With a 5'10" back wall when you move one foot from the back wall the height will rise eight inches so the height would be 6' 6" plus 5 inches for the wall top plate and roof rafter, so the height would be 7' 1" which will serve most people. Hope this helps.

***NOTICE**, If you pay by Paypal, the download program will issue an e-mail which contains your download instructions and link in a matters of seconds. If you are using , AOL, Yahoo or Hotmail, then SOMETIMES, these servers will delete the incoming mail before you even see it. The download mail has an .exe file which they think because of the .exe file MIGHT contain a virus so they delete it and you will never see it.
If after one hour of paying for the plans using the download feature, you dont have the e-mail saying download instructions, PLEASE, DONT WAIT A WEEK, E-MAIL ME. The one hour wait is because some servers only pick up mail and forwards it to you at certain times. |
